The dining are is very spacious with a dining table and six chairs and a lovely view over lake 4.  What a great way to enjoy a meal looking out over the Kent countryside.

The bathroom is compact although the actual bath is a good size.

There are two very good sized bedrooms that could both sleep 3 people in each, there is a double bed in each room and more than enough room for another single bed.

Both the bedrooms are around 15 feet by 15 feet and with the wardrobes and chester drawers there is more than enough space for your clothes.

The fishing holiday accommodation at Bax Farm in Kent also has a store room for all your fishing gear so you don't have to worry about it clogging up the place. When you are not fishing you can simply store all your tackle in the store room.
